Where do you ship from?
Majority of Axelgift products are shipped from our partnered warehouses in the United States & China. If you order multiple items, please expect your order to arrive in separate packages, as different items might be shipped from different locations to speed up the delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary product-to-product and depend on your exact location. However, delivery to the United States normally takes 2-3 weeks; International delivery ranges from 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location. Please be patient with your delivery, our team works the hardest to ensure all deliveries are made on a timely basis.
Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, shipping to the United States is free on all retail items, regardless of your exact address. International shipments are free on orders over $50 before taxes (if any).
Why is shipping called "Insured Shipping & Handling"?
At Axelgfit, we believe in excellent customer service. That is why we guarantee you that you will receive your item as described, or we will refund or replace it with another one at no cost to you. If your item was lost in transit, or was received broken or damaged, we sincerely apologize for this. In a rare case it happens, please contact our support desk as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you on refunding or re-shipping your item.
Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most of the countries, you will not have to pay customs. However, it depends on where you are located and the amount of items that you purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All shipments to the United States include a tracking number. International shipments include tracking numbers depending on product and your exact location. Please keep in mind that we are currently working to make sure that all international shipments include a tracking information; however, this is not guaranteed. Please contact us to inquire about your international delivery.
How long will it take for me to receive a tracking number?
We begin processing all orders as soon as possible, which normally takes 2-5 business days. Please allow this time to pass before we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive your tracking number after this time has passed.
